Victoria W Carr Foundation

The Victoria W Carr Foundation (VWCF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization developed s a solution to the need for provide emergency shelter, crisis intervention and counseling education for adults and children who are victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. We support and empower people affected by domestic violence while striving to end the cycle of domestic violence through education and social awareness striving to create effective change.

Founded in January 2015, VWCF provides awareness programs that promote Health, Opportunity, Protection, and Empowerment. Along with the necessary tools to assist with processes of finding emergency shelter, legal aid assistance and workplace development plans goals. VWCF programs and services are directed toward Men, Women & Children to promote community empowerment, personal and professional development and social awareness.
